Returns

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return eligible items within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition
  • In the original packaging
  • Returned within 30 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons:

  • Opened or used products
  • Items damaged by misuse or normal wear
  • Items returned after the 30-day return period

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us with your order details. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number.

Please include the following information:

  • Reason for return
  • Item(s) you wish to return

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item, please contact us first. We will guide you through the exchange process. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Return Shipping

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, please check your bank account again and contact your credit card company. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
